This 2-ingredient cottage cheese fudge is a high protein, macro-friendly dessert that tastes like classic fudge—without the guilt. Use Lily’s chocolate chips to make it sugar-free.

Instructions
Melt the chocolate chips until smooth using a microwave or double boiler.
Add cottage cheese to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Add melted chocolate, vanilla, sweetener (if using), and salt to the blender. Blend until creamy.
Pour mixture into a parchment-lined loaf pan and smooth the top.
Chill in the freezer for 1–2 hours or refrigerate for 4 hours.
Slice into 10 squares and enjoy! Store in fridge or freezer.
Notes
For a flavor and sweetness boost, you can also mix in ½ teaspoon vanilla extract and 2-3 tablespoon of maple syrup (or monk fruit to taste for sugar-free).
As an optional garnish, you can add more crushed chocolate or a sprinkle of flakey sea salt.
Mix in ideas: a swirl of melted peanut butter, espresso powder, crushed Oreos, chopped nuts, or mint extract.
