1tablespoonolive oil
½teaspoonsalt
¼teaspoonblack pepper
Instructions

Cook the sweet potato chunks for about 15 minutes in total until they can be easily pierced with a fork, flipping them over halfway through cooking.
Sprinkle with more salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
Notes
To cut the small sweet potatoes, first cut them lengthwise and then cut them in half lengthwise again so that you have 4 long slices. Then cut each of those slices into 1" sections.Optional seasonings you can add to the sweet potatoes are cumin, rub, garlic salt, or a pinch of cayenne for a spicy kick. To add a touch of sweetness you can brush on honey or maple syrup with 2 minutes left to go in the cooking time. This same method will also work for Russet potato cubes.Cooking times can vary in air fryers due to the watts of your particular unit. Please use the cooking time as an estimate and keep a close eye on the air fryer sweet potato chunks the first time you go to make them so they don't overcook.
