Make the easiest creamiest overnight oats with chocolate protein powder and peanut butter! Perfect for your meal prep breakfasts for the week. Layer with Greek yogurt to get even more of a protein boost.
Combine all of the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl.
Divide into 8-16 oz size mason jars or you can store them in a covered bowl in the fridge. You can add ½ cup-1 cup of Greek yogurt to each jar depending on the size.
For best results, leave the overnight oats in the fridge for at least 8 hours. Add toppings such as chopped fruit, chocolate chips, or granola. Enjoy!

Adding ½ Greek yogurt is optional but adds a nice protein boost, macros include adding the Greek yogurt.

Use small bowls or 16 oz mason jar and 200g overnight oats & 220g Greek yogurt for 360 calories, 34g protein, 34g carbs, 3g fiber, and 10g fat.
