Easy Air Fryer Frozen Asparagus (with Parmesan or Balsamic Vinegar)

frozen asparagus

olive oil

fine sea salt

black pepper
shredded parmesan or balsamic drizzle

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 F for 5 minutes.
In a medium-size bowl add the frozen asparagus, olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Toss together to combine.
Spread the asparagus in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
Air fry for a total of 8-9 minutes, flipping the asparagus halfway after 4-5 minutes.
You can add a drizzle of balsamic glaze or shredded parmesan cheese in the last 1-2 minutes of cooking or until it's melted. Enjoy!
Notes
The asparagus can be cooked without oil for an oil free version or you can use an olive oil mister spray to reduce the fat.
