A simple low carb keto alfredo sauce recipe that only takes 10-15 minutes to make and you'll use time and time again with zoodles, vegetables, chicken, seafood and more.
On medium low heat in a medium sized saucepan, melt the butter.
Add the cheese until melted, stirring constantly (this took about 3 minutes). Add the heavy whipping cream, minced garlic, salt, and pepper and combine all ingredients together.
Bring to a simmer and cook one minute longer, or until the sauce is heated through. Serve warm and enjoy!

For a tasty variation, swap some of the parmesan for cheddar cheese to make a cheddar sauceTo keep the carbs as low as possible, read the labels and try to buy heavy whipping cream and parmesan cheese as close to 0 net carbs as possible.If you have leftover keto alfredo sauce, it'll thicken considerably. To thin the sauce add a little more cream or even almond milk to thin it.
