These no carb deviled eggs are creamy, tangy, and completely carb free. With eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, and a touch of vinegar, they’re keto, diabetic friendly, and perfect for low carb meal prep or holiday appetizers.

large hard-boiled eggs
peeled

tablespoons
mayonnaise
use no sugar added for keto/diabetic friendly

teaspoon
yellow mustard
¼
teaspoon
apple cider vinegar
optional, adds tang while keeping carbs at 0
Pinch
of sea salt
Pinch
of black pepper
Paprika
for garnish (optional, a tiny pinch won’t add carbs), bacon or capers are great too
Instructions
Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half lengthwise.
Carefully remove the yolks and place them in a small bowl. Mash with a fork until smooth.
Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar (if using), salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
Sprinkle lightly with paprika, chopped bacon, or capers, if desired.
Notes
Recipe makes 4 deviled eggs (2 servings), feel free to double or triple it.
Use no sugar added mayonnaise for keto or diabetic friendly.
To make carnivore, skip the mustard and use vinegar only.
Store in the fridge up to 3 days. Best served fresh.
