Make Mediterranean inspired Greek turkey burger patties in a skillet in just 8 minutes of cook time! With flavors of feta, spinach, and garlic, these will become a new weeknight favorite.
In a medium sized bowl, combine the ground turkey, chopped spinach, red onion, garlic, dill, oregano, salt, pepper, and feta cheese.
Divide the turkey mix into 6 portions and shape them into 6 small patties.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they're cooked through. The internal temperature should be 165 F. Serve 2 patties per person, they're delicious with a side of tzatziki sauce, a green salad, or roasted veggies.
Notes
You can also make 4 large patties and serve these as burgers.
Feel free to skip the feta for a dairy-free recipe, it will reduce the protein by 3 grams and the fat by 3 grams.
You can use a nonstick pan and reduce the fat by skipping the oil, the patties won't brown as well but they're still delicious.
The cooked weight for the entire dish is 515 g.
The tzatziki sauce is not included in the macros, but it's very lean when you're making it with fat-free Greek yogurt.
