½teaspoonmonk fruit sweeteneror any sweetener to taste
¼teaspoongarlic powder
¼teaspoononion powder
¼teaspoonsalt

Instructions
Blend the cottage cheese with an immersion blender or food processor until smooth and creamy.
In a small bowl, mix the blended cottage cheese with the light mayo, chopped pickles, pickle juice, ketchup, mustard, sweetener, garlic powder, salt, and onion powder.
Stir everything until smooth and well combined. Adjust seasonings to taste.
Chill the sauce in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
