Notes
A variation of an Irish mule is the Moscow mule, which simply swaps whiskey for vodka.
Do NOT use lime concentrate, make sure you're only using freshly squeezed lime in this recipe.
If you don't have a juicer, squeeze a lime with your hands (in slices) to fill up to the amount needed.
Make your Irish mule keto, low carb, and sugar free by using a sugar-free ginger beer like Zevia brand.
We used Jameson's Irish whiskey in the recipe but any brand of whiskey will work. The higher quality the better!
This recipe is easy to cut in half for a single or to quadruple it depending on how many people you're serving. Ginger beer bottles range from 6.8 oz to 12.7 oz.
