Notes
Erythritol can be used in place of monk fruit, or use your favorite keto friendly sweetener to taste. Sweeteners like stevia are much stronger than erythritol or monk fruit and can't be swapped 1:1.The dressing keeps up to 5 days in the fridge.Be sure to use sugar free mayonnaise and ketchup like Primal Kitchen brand to keep the carbs as low as possible. If you can't find low carb pickle relish, chopped pickles can be used in it's place. Just increase the sweetener to taste.
