½lbcooked chickenchopped or shredded (rotisserie chicken is good too)
2hard boiled eggs
2slicesbaconcrumbled
½avocadosliced
⅔cupcherry tomatoescut in half
¼cupBlue cheese crumbles
1tablespoongreen onionsliced
Instructions
Split the lettuce between two bowls or plates.
Arrange ¼ cup of cooked chicken down the center.
Add a sliced hard boiled egg to each salad bowl.
Add 1 slice of crumbled bacon to each salad, we used applewood smoked with no sugar added.
Arrange the cherry or grape tomatoes and avocado slices.
Top with blue cheese crumbles, garnish with green onion slices, chives, or fresh herbs.
Add your dressing of choice like blue cheese, ranch dressing, or extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.

Add your favorite store-bought dressing on the side, whether it's blue cheese dressing, Ranch, or oil and vinegar.
