Instructions
In a saucepan or skillet bring the water to a boil. Add the ramen noodles, turn down the heat to medium, and boil them for 1 minute. Separate the noodles and continue cooking them for 2 more minutes. Drain half the water and set the noodles aside.
In a non-stick pan over medium-low heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook it for 1 minute. Stir in the soy sauce (or wheat-free tamari sauce) and brown sugar.
Add the noodles back to the pan. Create a well in the noodles and add a beaten egg. Scramble the egg until it's mostly cooked through and combine with the ramen noodles. Serve immediately. Enjoy!
